We've been roasting coffee for over 17 years. We started on a 3.5 lb. roaster, then purchased a use 1/4 bag Sivetz roaster before we built this one 5 years ago.
We have upgraded, updated, and changed some of the internal geometry of the original Sivetz roaster to maximize control and improve production.
